Our services include conceptual design (sketches and layouts), outsourcing drawing of architectural and engineering professional plans, project documentation, interior design consulting and documentation, as well as the conceptual costing of projects. The Fast Fitouts team maintains their shopfitting standard and adept reputation by following a four-stage process to build the fundamentals of your project.
1. Obtaining the Brief
Understanding what you want and how it translates to shop fitting is as simple as taking the time to listen. This is also the opportunity to help us gain an understanding of the functional layout, styles, types of materials, budget, and the project's size and timeframe.
2. Project Scope
The Fast Fitouts team knows a thing or two about achieving the desired project outcome - and it's because we understand the importance of good planning. We'll create a strategy and solutions outline to enshure the objectives and outcomes are clearly comunnicated and, more importantly, can be achieved.
3. Action & Communication
Once the project has been actioned, the Fast Fitouts team organises, schedules, and coordinates all aspects of the project based on the brief and scope. We achieve all of this with open lines of communication between client and contractors.
4. Inspect
The final step to completing the client's project is to review milestones and the work that has been done, before comparing outcomes with the original brief. During this stage, any final changes that need to be made are discussed and processed. Fast Fitouts systemised this process to ensure every future project experiences the same level of care and professionalism.
Fast Fitouts utilises a number of processes and procedures to ensure that Workplace Health and SafetyEfficiency, and Quality standards are always met. These procedures include, but are not always limited to, first-on-sight arrival, development of new works, and client handover.
